Centenary Celebrations in Malta
On Sunday 7th December 2003 the Salesians in Malta celebrated the Centenary of their work on the island. The Rector Major, Don Pascual Chavez, was guest of honour, together with Fr Albert Van Hecke, whose Northern European Region includes Malta!
Our Provincial, Fr Francis Preston, was there with several other Salesians who had worked in Malta, from the UK, Ireland and Australia.
