Don Chávez with Fr Francis Preston, the present Provincial, and Fr Bernard Higgins, who was Provincial when Don Chávez came to study English at Oxford as a newly ordained priest.
Don Chávez visited the elderly Salesians in St Joseph’s and spoke warmly to them about the value of their contribution to the Salesian Mission.
Don Chávez meets some of the many FMAs and Cooperators who attended the day.
