Holy Week 2021- Salesian resources and online services

As we approach Holy Week, the most sacred part of our year, we invite you to use some new resources prepared for your reflections and devotions, and to join the Salesians in our online services over the Sacred Triduum, if you are unable to attend church in person.

In our resources area, you can download the reflections and prayers for Holy Week which are part of the 'Camino Through Lent' written by Fr Gerry O'Shaughnessy SDB - click here for the Holy Week Camino.

We also have an in-depth Holy Week resource prepared by Sr Susan Richert PVBM, which is based on the locations of the Passion, Crucifixion and Resurrection in the Holy Land, and has been designed by Sr Susan especially for those who are unable to get to church this year. Click here to download the 'Holy Land Holy Week' resource.

Fr Gerry O'Shaughnesssy SDB has created a new Stations of the Cross for this year, which you can download here: Stations of the Cross 2021.

Although restrictions have been lifted in eased in some places, to enable people to attend church during the Triduum, this is still not possible for everyone, so we invite you to join the Salesian community in Bolton on our Province Facebook page for live services on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday,. and Easter Sunday Mass. Click the 'More information' link below to go to our events calendar, where you will find the times for each event and the link to our Facebook page, where these will be streamed live.

We wish you a blessed Holy Week.
