Artemide Zatti - Events of the Weekend

The weekend of the 8th and 9th October will see Artemide Zatti canonised as a Saint.
All of the events will be streamed live by ANS, the Salesian News Agency.
The events are:

The Scottish folk group 'Runrig' sing a beautiful song called 'In Search of Angels'. Four Students taking part in the Street Child United World Cup 2022

Four students at Savio Salesian College have been invited to go to Qatar, home of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
These students have been fully involved with outreach programmes run by Everton in the Community through the school and have been specially chosen to take part in the Street Child United World Cup 2022 in Doha, Qatar.

Commitment Mass for the Savio House Team 2022-23

On Friday 30th September 2022, the Savio Team 2022-23 made their commitment to the mission of Savio House. The Mass was led by the Provincial, Fr Gerry Briody SDB. The Savio community made their commitment by reading part of the Mission Statement.

Bosco Green Club was inspired firstly by Sefton Schools Mock UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) which took place in November 2021. New Missionaries to the GBR Province

Brothers Jean Marc Quetzal Mukala and Andre Nobel Kankwenda, new missionaries for our Province, have received their Missionary Crosses from the Rector Major. Jean Marc and Andre are both from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming them into the Province. Keep an eye out for them!!
