This week, many members of the Salesian Family received a series of emails from an unknown address.
Because it was sent to so many different people, we became worried that someone had managed to break into our system.

After an investigation, we determined that the cause of the emails must have been that someone within the Salesian Family had been the victim of a phishing attack.

This year is the Golden Jubilee of the ordination of Fr Eddie O'Neill SDB.

He started at Shrigley in 1960 and after his clothing went to Daleside in South Africa to complete his novitiate and philosophy studies.
Eddie then spent 4 years in Maynooth Ireland completing his theology and was ordained at Shrigley in 1974 along with Fr Jim McGarry.
