Welcome March as it brings the first day of spring with the vernal equinox, signalling the start of new beginnings. Use this Lenten time of reflection to read Michael Winstanley's 'Lenten Sundays' or focus on a prayer and reflection each day with the 'Swatch Journey through Lent' or remind your little ones of the prayer that Jesus taught us with the colourful 'The Our Father'.

The Salesians of Don Bosco are a congregation of Priests and Brothers that work with young people and children all over the United Kingdom.

The Salesians work in schools, either as Teachers or Chaplains, helping teach young people, or helping them pastorally.
They also work in Parishes, either as priests or deacons encouraging young people to develop their faith.
They also work in youth centres or youth ministry as animators, leading the young people through activities and accommodating them in their work.

They work alongside the Salesian Sisters who also work pastorally in schools, parishes and youth centres around the United Kingdom, educating young people, and helping them to find meaning through faith.

Volunteers also help with the mission of the Salesians and Salesian Sisters through Youth Ministry, Bosco Volunteer Action and VIDES.

Information and contact details about each house and community can be found using the links on the left hand side of the page.
