For Adam and Eve, everything is good and plentiful in the Garden of Eden. However, God advises them not to eat the fruit of the tree in the centre of the garden. But a cunning serpent gives them the idea of eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Adam and Eve have to leave the Garden of Eden and from now on live the life they have chosen for themselves. But God remains at their side (according to Genesis 1, 2 & 3).
