During the celebration of the Eucharist on the evening of Monday 27th February in Battersea, Brothers Augustine, Martin Paul and Stephen Mensah were instituted as Readers by +Timothy Costelloe SDB, Archbishop of Perth. Our Brothers have now entered the formal ministry of Reader in the Church and have the duty to assist in the proclaiming of God's word. This is a significant moment on their journey to ordination. Fr Gerry Briody SDB- Provincial, was present at the celebration, as he conducts his visitation of the Battersea Community.
