Savio House, Bollington: The Salesians in initial formation gathered at Savio House Retreat Centre over the weekend of 16-18 February 2024. The weekend was delivered by Salesian Sisters GBR, who shared on the rich Spirituality and writings of Mother Mazzarello. Fr Francis Preston SDB, Delegate for Formation, accompanied the brothers. Br Nhan Le SDB writes "What a gentle and enriching weekend for brothers in formation as we got to know more about Mother Mary Domenica Mazzarello, the charism of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA), and feminine roles in the Church. We were so blessed by the hard work and friendly presence of Sr Pauline FMA (The provincial of Salesian Sisters) and Sr Elizabeth FMA."This year the province is home to 12 students of Theology, 7 SDBs completing practical experiences and 2 new arrivals completing English studies.
