Thornleigh Mission Week - Dare to Dream

This week, Thornleigh Salesian College in Bolton, has been hosting its Mission Week.
The theme of the week "Dare to Dream", is centred around Don Bosco's dream at the age of nine, which the Salesians are celebrating the 200th anniversary of this year.

Amazon Wish lists are essentially shopping lists that people can view and buy items through Amazon, and they go straight to the person who created the list.

Today we celebrate the feast of Baptism of Jesus, which might seem strange. I remember an old Bishop getting up to preach on this feast when I was at school; "we don't know why Jesus was baptised," he began, "but thank God he was!"
